ABOUT US
We have furnished with love and taste modern holiday apartments , where you will immediately feel at home! Our flats are located on the Šibenik Riviera, only 200 m from the centre of Grebaštica (part of Šibenik) and a wonderful beach with crystal clear, turquoise water.
Apartment 1 has a dream of a terrace, the largest far and wide, covered and in Mediterranean style. The Venetian-style façade with its house-high bougainvillea flowers is a feast for the eyes.
The perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet, those interested in culture, nature lovers, small families, fortune seekers, water sports enthusiasts, walkers, cyclists as well as workation and home office friends.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via stairs. You can park your car comfortably, safely and free of charge on the private property in front of the house. The bright, friendly apartment is air-conditioned and very comfortable. Self-designed photo murals give the cosily furnished apartment a special local colour.
Terrace
The centrepiece is the super-large, covered terrace in Venetian style. It is furnished with trendy rattan-look lounge furniture, a glass table, chill-out hanging chair and rope chair with a side table and cool seat boxes. Additionally for practicality: a storage table and clothes dryer with pegs.
Living room
Tastefully furnished in a modern black, white and glass look. Wall unit with Smart-TV, large couch in leather look that can be extended to an approx. 1.60 x 2.00 m sofa bed. Coffee table, desk with chair, coat rack and shoe rack.
Bedroom
Decorated in a meditative "bamboo" style, warm and homely. Large, comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 2 bedside tables, large wardrobe with mirror and ample hangers, dressing table with stool. Beautiful view of the hilly mountain landscape. Bed linen is provided.
Kitchen
Separate kitchen, fresh and colourful in red and chrome. Kitchenette consists of large fridge, freezer, sink, oven, cooker with ceramic hob and extractor hood and floor and wall units. Coffee machine (for filter coffee), Turkish coffee pots, kettle as well as sufficient kitchen utensils, dishes and glasses. In the kitchen there is a dining area with a table and two chairs. Beautiful view of the hilly mountain landscape.
Bathroom
Modern bathroom fittings, mirrored cabinet with ample storage space, extra bathroom shelf and coat hooks on the door. Hairdryer as well as toiletries are provided.
General
Air conditioning, external blinds, internal blinds, hygienic floor tiles.
In all rooms there is enough storage space, hooks, hangers and sockets - which is often missed.
No animals allowed, no smoking inside.

Grebaštica
Only 3 minutes walk to the center with harbour, promenade, restaurants, cafés, supermarket, ice-cream parlour, playground, boat hire. Kilometre-long sea promenade along the bay.

A beautiful bay with a shallow pebble beach in a very sheltered location is only 200 m away.
Šibenik
One of the best preserved medieval towns in Croatia is only about 10 km away . In and around Šibenik there are 2 UNESCO World Heritage Sites and 2 National Parks, Krka and Kornati.

ACTIVITIES
ŠIBENIK
Šibenik - only about 10 km away by car - is one of the largest and best preserved medieval towns in Croatia. The townscape is marked by centuries of Venetian and Habsburg rule. Šibenik offers not only a breathtaking old town with countless cafes, restaurants and small shops, but also 2 UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Only five cities in the world have this. In addition, two national parks on the doorstep: Krka and Kornati.
PRIMOŠTEN
The old town of Primošten (only 15 minutes away by car) is situated on a peninsula and is one of the most popular postcard motifs in the whole Adriatic. What appeals is the idyllic old town with its restaurants and cafés, the harbour and the possibility to walk around the old town along the sea and catch one of its picturesque sunsets. Around the small peninsula there are long beaches with magnificent views of the old town.
SPLIT
An hour's drive takes you to Dalmatia's largest city, which shines with its history. The lively harbour town scores points with its palace complex, the famous Diocletian's Palace (UNESCO World Heritage Site), which is the only one of its kind in the world to have been preserved from Roman times. But the narrow medieval alleys and the beautiful harbour promenade also invite you to take a stroll. The town is also the starting point for a trip to the islands of Hvar, Brac and Korcula.
KRKA NATIONAL PARK
At the centre of the Krka National Park, just a few kilometres from Šibenik, are the limestone terraces of the Krka River, the highest limestone tufa barriers in Europe. Whether viewed from below from idyllically situated Skradin, from a viewing plateau or while hiking along wooden footbridges, the Krka National Park is a nature experience for young and old. From Šibenik, boat trips can be made directly into the area of the national park, as the Krka River flows into the sea there.
ZADAR
The city of Zadar is only an hour's drive away on the A1 motorway. The harbour town with a good 92,000 inhabitants is the second largest town on the Dalmatian coast after Split and the gateway to Dalmatia. Magnificent palaces and churches and a beautiful old town recall the time when Zadar was under Venetian and Austrian rule. Zadar lies on a protected peninsula. The lively life around the harbour is also a tourist attraction.
KORNATI NATIONAL PARK
A national park of a special kind: about 30 km from the mainland, 148 of the most beautiful islands of Kornati have been designated a water national park. A world-famous Eldorado for sailors, motorboat enthusiasts, day-trippers and individualists seeking the mystical charm of lonely islands, remote beaches and barren karst landscapes in the sea.
TROGIR
The old town of Trogir, situated on an island and connected to the mainland only by a bridge, is a popular tourist attraction - only 40 minutes away by car. The medieval character of the town is impressive, inviting you to take a trip back in time. The well-preserved old town with its picturesque alleys is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
TRIBUNJ
A small (yet) unknown highlight on the picturesque Šibenik Riviera is the village of Tribunj, about 25 minutes by car from Šibenik. Only a small stone bridge connects the old town with the mainland. The old town island with its restaurants and cafés and a wonderful promenade with a view of the turquoise sea invites you to stroll and dream.
ISLAND OF MURTER
A drawbridge near the village of Tisno connects the island of Murter with the mainland. The island itself captivates with enchanting, picturesque little villages such as Betina, Murter and Jezina. Several beautiful beaches with turquoise water line the west coast. Murter is the starting point for all water sports enthusiasts for the Kornati National Park off the coast.
ROGOZNICA
The quieter and less well-known "twin sister" of Primošten (only 8 km north of Primošten) is called Rogoznica. The village nestles around the deep Rogoznica Bay, a pretty long promenade invites you to stroll. Beautiful beaches, good restaurants and a large marina are worth a visit in any case.
